Our Grand Opening Was A Huge Success!

Our Grand Opening at our new Swann Avenue location in South Tampa was a huge success! We wowed the neighborhood with all that we offer - and signed up lots of new clients looking to get in the best shape of their life!

JP Peterson and Alicia Roberts love Vibe Fit Club!


Wow! We can't believe the grand opening of the new Vibe Fit Club in South Tampa is tomorrow! The past few weeks have flown by.

It just shows what you can accomplish in a short amount of time. The same is true for working out - if you're at Vibe Fit Club.

Former News Channel 8 anchor and reporter Alicia Roberts just began working out with the Power Plate technology one month ago.

"4 weeks and WOW! I haven't felt this strong in a long time! I can do pushups, too! Vibe Fit has toned my body, pumped up my metabolism and helped me to get really healthy! I am hooked!" she told us.

New Workout, New Attitude

It is so inspiring when we hear how our philosophy and training methods at Vibe Fit Club really help change somebody's life.

Here's another one of our clients' success stories:

Kimberly is a 20-year-old college student who wore Size 26/28 when she was in high school. She lost a lot at a traditional gym, then hit a plateau and couldn't lose any more. She started at Vibe Fit Club in February, and has gone from wearing a Size 18/20 to wearing a Size 12/14.

"It was like nothing I had ever done before," Kimberly said about using the Power Plate technology. "I didn't know how to do weights or anything to build muscle. I only did cardio. I started learning the basic moves, using low weights, and now I can do the advanced classes and advanced moves.

"I don't want to go back to a conventional gym. I'm a full-time student and I work. I wouldn't go so much if it wasn't so quick and convenient."

That's a theme we hear over and over again. People are busy; they don't have time to spend 90 minutes at a gym. Our workout takes about 20 minutes!

Read All About It! Vibe Fit Club Is In The News

We can't believe the new Vibe Fit Club opens in South Tampa in less than a week! Our open house is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 13, followed by a red carpet soiree from 7 to 10 p.m.

The Tampa Tribune wrote about our opening in Wednesday's South Tampa and Central Tampa sections and Amy Scherzer's story, "Get a whole new look, all in one building," appeared in the St. Pete Times on Friday! We're so excited!

One week of training and down 5 pounds!


Wow! In just one week, our VIP guest, Alicia Roberts, has lost 5 pounds! Her goal during this five-week training is to slightly decrease her body fat and increase her lean body mass, said her trainer, Brett Grossman.
Looks like she's well on her way!
She's working out for less than half an hour on the Power Plate each morning at the Vibe Fit Club.
"Taking that time to focus on myself each morning has been such an incredible blessing," Alicia said. "I have so many exciting changes in my life and I need to be 100% both mentally and physically to make each happen to the fullest. Vibe has been the perfect solution to help me feel my best - inside and out!"

Alicia Roberts raves about Vibe Fit Club's Power Plates!

After just one week of working out at Vibe Fit Club, corporate relations expert and former News Channel 8 reporter Alicia Roberts is feeling fantastic.

"My trainer, Brett, cranked up the intensity this week, but my body feels amazing," she said. "It is incredible how incorporating a solid exercise schedule can change how you feel. I have five more weeks to get back to my goal weight and BMI, and I feel like I can conquer the world!"

Alicia loves the Power Plate machines at Vibe Fit. "The Power Plate vibrates, which forces your muscles to work harder, but you get results so much faster. You work up a sweat in no time, which is a good thing!" She also loves the short workout time. It takes less than a half-hour to get the same results as a 90-minute workout at a gym that doesn't have the same technology.

She's getting rid of those bad habits we all have and is focusing on what makes her feel good inside and out. New South Tampa location takes shape!

Our new location in South Tampa is beginning to take shape! The signs are up, the paint delivered and the first Power Plate equipment is in place!

JP Peterson, the host of Happy Hour with JP Peterson on 1010 AM CBS Sports Radio every weekday from 3 to 6 p.m., and Alicia Roberts, television reporter and corporate relations strategist, just had their first consultation this week. They LOVE the idea of having to work out just 20 minutes a day on the Power Plate. Most of us are so busy that we want to work out, but just can't find the time. Power Plate is effective for everyone from busy moms to rising executives to professional athletes like Evan Longoria.

3 Day Cleanse

I'm sure you have all heard the word "cleanse" and thought of some crazy protocol like drinking only lemon water with hot sauce, or a juice diet for 7 days straight; however, what most don't realize is that you can get a very effective detox by just following some simple rules for a few days. The idea behind a cleanse it to let the body take a break from digestion so it can work on repairing and cleansing itself. The easiest way to accomplish this is by eating foods that are easily digested so it doesn't have to work so hard IE: fruits, veggies, nuts, fish. Here are a few rules to apply:

Cut out ALL sugar
Limit caffeine
Avoid any white flour products
Increase fruits and veggies to approximately 75% of diet
Drink a ton of water

It sounds easy and it is. Try following these rules for at least three days and we guarantee you will have more energy and feel great!

The Bitter Truth about Sugar

We came across this video today and we were so moved by it we actually got sick to our stomach. For all of you who know people who poison there children with sugary snacks and juices, thinking it is ok for them, please pass this video on! We can't stress enough how bad sugar is for the body and that it has absolutely NO nutritional value AT ALL. We need to educate people to get a grip on the obesity crisis that is taking over the nation and the first step is getting rid of sugar. We find this video sums it up nicely:

Weekly Product Review- Health Foods

Ok, ice cream lovers rejoice! We have found a dairy free ice cream made from coconut milk that tastes even better than the real thing! In addition to being dairy free, SO DELICIOUS ice cream is made with agave syrup which is low glycemic and one bar is only 170 calories with 10 grams of sugar- that's more than half of an average serving of ice cream.

Because dairy is so inflammatory, we always advise our clients to steer clear when they are trying to lose weight (actually, in our program, to lose FAT), because it is so acidic and will slow down one's metabolism. Try switching to other NON- dairy products also to really accelerate your fat loss. These products are found in most health food and Publix grocery stores and are a great alternatives to dairy.

What would you do with an extra 70 minutes?
