New Workout, New Attitude

It is so inspiring when we hear how our philosophy and training methods at Vibe Fit Club really help change somebody's life.

Here's another one of our clients' success stories:

Kimberly is a 20-year-old college student who wore Size 26/28 when she was in high school. She lost a lot at a traditional gym, then hit a plateau and couldn't lose any more. She started at Vibe Fit Club in February, and has gone from wearing a Size 18/20 to wearing a Size 12/14.

"It was like nothing I had ever done before," Kimberly said about using the Power Plate technology. "I didn't know how to do weights or anything to build muscle. I only did cardio. I started learning the basic moves, using low weights, and now I can do the advanced classes and advanced moves.

"I don't want to go back to a conventional gym. I'm a full-time student and I work. I wouldn't go so much if it wasn't so quick and convenient."

That's a theme we hear over and over again. People are busy; they don't have time to spend 90 minutes at a gym. Our workout takes about 20 minutes!
