Wow! In just one week, our VIP guest, Alicia Roberts, has lost 5 pounds! Her goal during this five-week training is to slightly decrease her body fat and increase her lean body mass, said her trainer, Brett Grossman.
Looks like she's well on her way!
She's working out for less than half an hour on the Power Plate each morning at the Vibe Fit Club.
