What would you do with an extra 70 minutes?

We all remember growing up, watching our mothers cook, clean, do laundry, run the kids from one side of town to the other, help with the homework and sometimes hold down a job at the same time; all while completely ignoring their own personal needs. And although we appreciate their super woman- like abilities, do we really want to end up like that? Taking care of yourself should be your number one priority, and when you put your needs first, everything else falls into place. You’ll have more energy, more happiness, more focus; and because of this you will assuredly be a better mother, daughter, boss or whatever role it is you play. If you have been ignoring your own needs, simply because you don’t have the time, we have found the solution. After having babies a year ago, we needed a work out that would maximize the little time we had as new mothers.
